Consignors receive 70% of selling price
A $10 consignor fee will be deducted from your check.

Preparing Your Items:

Tag Your Items:
  • All items must be tagged with a 3x5 index card, see example.
  • Consignor # in top left corner, price below the description in the center, size in top right corner, and lower right corner “ND” if you do not want your item sold at a discount.
  • Leave the lower right corner blank if you would like to sell you item for 1/2 price on discount day.
  • If you don't want your item to sell for 1/2 price but would take less, write that price in the lower right corner with the letters "DD" (stands for discount day).  Do not put a price less than 1/2 off.  ex: if you have a $20 item, you would take $15 for it but not $10, write "$15.00 DD" in corner.  
  • Size:  use newborn, 6mo., 9mo., 12mo., 18mo., 24mo., 2T,3T,4T,5,6,7,..etc. Do not use S,M,L for children’s clothes.  Put a “B” for boy and “G” for girl next to size.
  • Write the item description in the center of the card, this helps prevent theft by  card switching.
  • Price in whole dollar amounts, $3.00, $4.00, $5.00 etc.
  • Price items to sell, typically 1/3 of retail.  Adjust price up or down based on condition.
  • Remember don’t price according to sentimental value, but what you would pay for it yourself.
  • Please do not price anything less than $2.00.
  • Attach tag with 1” or larger safety pin (placed vertically) to the top right of garment. DO NOT use straight pins or small gold pins.
  • Use a ink pen to make tags, DO NOT make corrections.  Items with corrected tags will not be sold.  This is to protect the consignor by preventing theft from modifying tags.

 Shop Early Pass!!  Volunteer to work and earn a shop early pass.  We couldn't put on this sale without your help.  We need your help to set-up, run and tear down the event.  In exchange for a 4 hr shift you get to shop before the public, plus you get 1st pick on 1/2 price day.  Don't forget to pick up your volunteer pass at check in.

What Can I Buy or Sell?
  • In season clothing, sizes newborn to teen.  (Fall/Winter Clothing for the fall sale and Spring/Summer clothing for the Spring Sale)
  • Baby equipment, car seats, strollers, highchairs, bouncy seats, walkers,  pack-n-plays, etc.
  • Sports equipment, bats, gloves, helmets
  • Costumes- Halloween, dress-up, plays
  • Any child related items, toys, movies, games, books, cd’s, belts
  • Large outside toys and play sets, slides, basketball goals, bikes, riding toys
  • Children’s furniture, baby beds, changing tables, dressers, chest, bunk beds, desk, rockers, etc.
  • Baby necessities, bottles, cups, plates, diaper bags, bibs, etc.
  • Maternity Clothes
  • Anything else related to children
  • Like new household items, dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, etc.
We Can Not Accept:
  • Out of season clothing, (No spring/summer clothing for the fall sale, and no fall/winter clothing for the Spring sale)
  • Out of date clothing
  • Adult Clothing, except Maternity
  • Items with stains, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc.
  • Car seats that have been in a wreck or baby beds not built to current safety standards.
  • Any item with a safety recall.
