How Does a Kidsignment Sale Work?

If you have gently used items that your children no longer need, then you:

    Register to be a consignor. This is required to get your consignor's #. All you need are 20 items in order to consign, 200 max hanging clothing items.Register here

    You set the price of all your items. See Consignor Info page for details. 1/3 of retail is typical for like new items, well used items a little less & rare items maybe a little more.See Consignor Info

    Bring your items any time during the drop off days. See the Sale Schedule page.See Sale Schedule

    Earn 70% of your selling price.

    Pick up your unsold items after the sale. Items not picked up will be donated to a non-profit organization of choice by Kidsignment Expo.See Sale Schedule

    Checks will be mailed approximately 2 weeks following the last sale day. Check Facebook, email, and/or the website for exact dates checks are mailed.

Shop Early Pass!!

Volunteer to work and earn a shop early pass. We couldn't put on this sale without your help. We need your help to set-up, run, and tear down the event. In exchange for a 4 hr shift you get to shop before the public, plus you get 1st pick on 1/2 price day. Don't forget to pick up your volunteer pass at check in.

What Can I Buy or Sell?

  • In season clothing, sizes newborn to teen. (Fall/winter clothes at the fall sale and spring/summer clothes at the spring sale.)
  • Baby equipment — car seats, strollers, highchairs, bouncy seats, walkers, pack-n-plays, etc.
  • Sports equipment — bats, gloves, helmets.
  • Costumes — Halloween, dress-up, play.
  • Any child related items — toys, movies, games, books, CDs, belts.
  • Large outside toys and play sets — slides, basketball goals, bikes, riding toys.
  • Children's furniture — baby beds, changing tables, dressers, chest, bunk beds, desk, rockers, etc.
  • Baby necessities — bottles, cups, plates, diaper bags, bibs, etc.
  • Maternity clothes.
  • Anything else related to children.

We Can Not Accept:

  • Out of season clothing. (No spring or summer clothing for the fall sale and no fall or winter clothing at the spring sale.)
  • Out of date clothing.
  • Adult clothing, except maternity.
  • Items with stains, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc.
  • Car seats that have been in a wreck or expired according to manufacturer date.  Baby beds not built to current safety standards.
  • All baby beds and equipment must meet current U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) criteria. Any recalled equipment will be pulled from the sales floor.
  • Items that have been recalled.

Drop Off:

  • *Once you arrive the average length of time is 20 min depending how many items you have.
  • *All items must be clean, on hangers and priced BEFORE you arrive.
  • *Pre-sorting items and placing a rubber band around the hangers of like sizes and gender will speed up the drop off process.
  • *There are two drop off days scheduled. Please feel free to use both days for dropping off if needed.

Pick Up:

  • *Consignors will collect their own items. Pro-Tip: Add ribbon or colored tape to your hanger or tags to spot your items quickly.) Please allow a little extra time for picking up.
  • *Pick up your items during the times listed on the Sale Schedule page. Pick up begins and ends promptly at the times listed.
  • *Check lost and found for items that may have lost cards, no consignor #, etc.
  • *Get your items checked out and sign the check out sheet before you leave.
  • *Items not picked up will be donated.
