Shop Early Pass!!
Volunteer to work and earn a shop early pass. We couldn't put on this sale without your help. We need your help to set-up, run, and tear down the event. Everyone who volunteers will have a special invitation to the Kidsignment Expo Pre-Sale. Volunteers must be current sale consignors.

Gold Volunteer
Volunteer for sort back to earn Gold Status and shop first at 4pm during the pre-sale on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. Gold Status Volunteers schedule is 11am to 5pm, Saturday, October 3rd, 2026.

Volunteer for 4 hours and shop at 5pm during the pre-sale on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. Positions include Check-in, Sales Floor, and Customer Check-Out. See Positions Available below to see descriptions of volunteer duties. Shop Early Volunteer schedule is Tuesday - Friday 10am - 7pm (you choose what 4 hours works best for your schedule) Saturday 8am - 12 noon.

If you sign up to volunteer and don't show up for your scheduled time, your share will drop to 50/50 instead of the normal 70/30.
Positions Available
Check-in
Greet consignors dropping off items, verify they are registered for the current sale, explain basic drop-off procedures.
Sales Floor
Help customers, arrange items as needed, re-hang items that fell off hangers, and watch for shoplifters and card swapping, able to stand for 4 hours.
Check Out Area
Process customer orders, verify cards match items being purchased. accept and process payments (cash/credit,debit/check), band or bag orders together, able to stand for 4 hrs.
Pick-up / Sort Back
Return items to their designated location and straighten all areas. Check out consignors after they pick up their remaining items and verify tags match the consignor's number.
